Return Policy
At Virella Manor, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Virella Manor is not responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right promptly.
