Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Within Canada

Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Virella Manor is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.
